By using GIFMaker ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GIFMaker provides a free online tool that allows users to create animated GIFs from images and video clips entirely in the browser. A paid Pro subscription is available for additional features.

3. Free Tier

The free tier allows creation of GIFs up to 3 seconds long and 480px maximum resolution, with a small watermark. No account is required.

4. Pro Subscription

The Pro plan costs $11/month and includes longer GIFs (up to 30 seconds), full HD 1080p resolution, no watermark, text and emoji overlays, and reverse/boomerang effects. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create GIFs containing illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or harmful content. You are solely responsible for the content of GIFs you create.

6. Privacy

The free tool runs entirely in your browser and does not upload your media. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of GIFs generated by this tool.
